We are a family-owned company that combines years of industry experience with modern technology and industrial scale. We specialize in industrial sheet metal cutting and the production of steel strip used in the construction, energy, furniture, and automotive industries.
What remains invisible to many is crucial to us – we prepare steel that becomes the foundation of modern structures and products throughout Poland and Europe.

Our history – accelerating development
- 1990 – commencement of operations in the steel industry (Blacho-Bud – sheet metal cutting, corrugated sheet metal production)
- 1990s – development of the family company EL-GRAB – production of household appliances
- 2004 – establishment of P.W. ”OMEGA” Łukasz Sosnowski, Bogusław Stempień Sp. J.
- and opening of the plant in Szczekociny on Żarnowiecka Street
- 2019 – relocation of the plant in Szczekociny to Przemysłowa Street and opening of a modern production hall
- 2026 – opening of the strategic branch of P.W. ”OMEGA” Łukasz Sosnowski, Bogusław Stempień Sp. J. in Zawiercie on Żarnowiecka Street Technology
